If you are not 100% satisfied with the taste of your product, please let us know. You can return non-food product and get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as a receipt is presented with the return. Food product cannot be returned once it leaves our facility.
If you wish to return an item that was purchased on sale or at a discounted price, you will receive the amount paid for the item.
For orders placed online, we must receive the returned item(s) before refunding the purchase or sending a replacement. Another order may be placed and sent out immediately and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the first order. Again, food products cannot be returned once they leave our facility.
